Dr. Gemei is a gastroenterologist who specializes in inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis). He completed his medical education in Egypt at October 6 University Faculty of Medicine, and has since undergone Internal Medicine residency at Boston University Medical Center, Gastroenterology fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital - Queens/WeillCornell, and an advanced Inflammatory Bowel Disease fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital - Weill Cornell.
