We're Tallman NY's Friendly Neighborhood Gym with an Old-School Vibe! Our facility has a welcoming community and old school gym atmosphere. We offer many fitness options, including a spacious gym, equipped with free weights and machines, four racquetball courts, and three wallyball courts. Our membership is simple and affordable at just $25 per month – with no contracts or setup fees. (This rate covers gym access only; racquetball and wallyball are available separately.) Not sure if we’re the right fit for you? We invite first-time guests to enjoy a free day pass to experience everything we offer. Plus, we have a one-week pass available for just $10, if you decide to join, that $10 will be credited toward your first month's membership fee.
