We work in teams, which allows providers, patients, nurses, and secretaries, to know each other better. We prioritize seeing sick or injured patients quickly - usually the same day they call. With three locations - Canandaigua, Gorham, and Rushville - in the Finger Lakes area, we provide convenient, comprehensive medical care. As a Rochester Regional Health practice, we know that restoring the health of our patients and building collaborative relationships go hand-in-hand. As a family medicine practice, we see patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. Our goal will always be to provide premier care to the rural community we are lucky enough to serve.
